What's the cancellation policy?

You can cancel or reschedule 14 days before your arrival date for a full refund minus $35 cancellation fees. No refund within 14 days of your arrival date.
Can I reschedule my reservation?

Yes, you can reschedule 14 days before your arrival date but you can’t reschedule within 14 days of your arrival date.
What is the Check-in and Check-out process like?

Check in is easy. You will receive a text before you arrive with the dome name and door pin number. Once you arrive, you will park the car at the parking lot and head straight to your glamping dome following the signs. If you have a question send us a text or call us using the number shared to you.
For checking out, turn off the lights and close the door then head to your car in the parking long and that’s it. If there will be any concern, we will text you or call you.
What are the Check-in and Check-out times?

Check in anytime after 3pm and check-out is at 11am.
Can we bring our tent?

Can we bring our boat?

Is there cell phone service or WiFi?

Depending on your phone provider but most phone carriers have service in the area. We also provide WiFI.
Are cooking supplies available?

The Domes come with a furnished kitchenette with a 2 burner cooktop, sink, mini fridge, pots, pans, utensils, tableware, etc
