We understand plans change. Our policy is designed to be fair to both guests and Skynile — aligned with industry standards for luxury private wellness retreats at this price point. Peak season dates carry stricter terms due to the limited rebooking window.

Payment Schedule

Booking 0–14 days before arrival 100% at booking
Booking 15+ days before arrival 15% at booking, balance due 14 days out

Deposit Your initial payment (15% or 100% depending on booking timing above) is non-refundable and retained in all cancellation scenarios. It is not included in the refund amounts shown above.

Rescheduling One complimentary date change is available up to 14 days before arrival, subject to availability. Rescheduling within 14 days is not available.

Processing fee A $75 processing fee is deducted from all refunds. We recommend travel insurance for bookings made well in advance, particularly for peak dates.
